If you succeed, we succeed
We like to become part of your business or project, pseudo team members if you like.
We’re in it to make your idea work, if you succeed we succeed. It’s this approach that makes our clients happy. The only way for our business to grow and become more successful is if your business grows and becomes more successful, and running with this win win philosophy has produced some great results.
The folks working on your project
In a nutshell
With plenty of ideas, we’re confident that we can turn any brief into a brand-spanking success.
If you are a start-up looking to kick-start your online presence, or already have an established website and need a redesign based on data analysis and creative talent, WATB can help. We combine technical know-how and imaginative approaches, so we can build the digital presence that your brand needs to succeed.
We’ll collaborate with you to communicate the best things about your brand, apply stripped back, simple solutions to polish your service and use design that puts your customers first. From web design, web development and graphic design to digital marketing, our small but talented team has it covered.
Oh, the name…
WATB stands for What Are The Buttons, that’s our full blown name. The thing is, when you ring someone up and say “Hi, it’s ‘me’ from what are the buttons”, you either get a laugh or asked to repeat it. That’s not always a bad thing but after a while we decided to chop it down to just WATB.
£300, 2 guys, 1 desk and 100% up for it. No fixed agenda, we just said “yes” to everything, a hard, but great way to start.
Over the years we’ve refined our business, honing in on what we do best and saying no to the stuff we’re not good at. Deciding to focus on a few areas of work and doing those well was one of our best decisions yet. Now we have a nice office (subjective), more people, more clients, and a worrying obsession with tea. We’re still relatively young (est. 2012), but we’re hungry, passionate and love what we do.
We always wanted to help people that do amazing things for others and luckily we’re in a position where we can.
We’re proud and fortunate to be able to say that we have helped out on amazing projects such as Development Nepal, Triumph over Tragedy, and Walking out of Darkness. Our latest donation came in the shape of sponsoring a local football team that hold charity matches and events to raise money for charities such as Reedham Children’s Trust and Help for Hero’s.
We’ve aimed to build a culture of learning, honesty, excelling and openness, which we think cultivates creativity and a willingness to question everything, which ultimately leads to a better end result. Also, everyone who comes to see us gets free cake and coffee. That’s worth a meeting in itself right?
